What is the Best Sex Duration & Frequency, and Penis Length?

Sex Duration, Frequency and Penis Length

I used to be looking forward to sex life, but after falling in love, I found that it was just so-so… It was nothing like what was described in novels. Are there really men in the world who have 18cm penis and can have sex seven times a night?

The male characters in novels are often depicted with 18cm penises, engaging in sex for at least 30 minutes, and doing it seven times a night. Many women, influenced by such unrealistic portrayals, believed that all men were like this before experiencing real sexuality.

In fact, there are no such men in reality. Don’t be fooled by novels anymore.

Some girls might wonder, even if we can’t have all three, shouldn’t we at least have one? Which is more important: length, duration, or frequency? Let’s break it down today.

Penis Length

According to big data, the average penis length of adult men in our country ranges from 3.5 to 12 cm when flaccid, with an average of around 7 cm. When erect, the length typically falls between 7 and 18 cm, with an average of approximately 12.4 cm.

Typically, a girl’s vaginal length is between 8 and 10 centimeters, and it can expand by about 2.5 centimeters when sexually aroused. Therefore, the penis needs to be long enough, but being too long can cause discomfort for women.

Moreover, compared with length, it is easier to make a girl orgasm by skillfully stimulating her sensitive points.

Sex Duration

Behrend College in Pennsylvania, USA, conducted a survey on “the ideal duration of sex for men.” Researchers surveyed thousands of people in the United States and Australia and concluded that 7 to 13 minutes of intercourse is considered optimal. (Note: this refers to the time after penetration, excluding foreplay.)

Many respondents mentioned feeling fatigued if sex lasted more than 13 minutes, while anything shorter than 7 minutes left them feeling unsatisfied.

Don’t assume that the longer the duration, the better. Prolonged time without ejaculation increases the risk of developing delayed ejaculation, which isn’t ideal.

Sex Frequency

While it’s possible for young and healthy men to have sex up to seven times in one night, this is quite rare. Engaging in multiple rounds of sex in one night can drain the physical energy of both partners, often leading to mental fatigue, backaches, leg pain, and potentially disrupting daily activities and work the following day.

After sex, men enter a “refractory period,” also referred to as “the sage’s time,” during which their penis remains unresponsive to stimulation and stays flaccid.

The refractory period is a natural protective mechanism that helps prevent a man’s sexual organs from overexertion, reducing the risk of damage to their sexual function.

Excessive frequency of sexual intercourse can lead to the penis becoming repeatedly and persistently engorged with blood, potentially resulting in sexual dysfunction and erectile issues over time. This can also lead to a significant decrease in physical strength and energy, impacting daily work and life.

The American magazine Women’s Health once published a formula for determining the ideal frequency of sexual intercourse between couples, primarily based on age:

Frequency of sexual intercourse = age + (units digit × 9).

In this formula, the units digit indicates the frequency, while the tens digit represents the period. Here’s how to calculate it specifically:

  • 30 years old, 3×9=27, which means 7 times in 20 days, once every 3 days.
  • 40 years old, 4×9=36, which means 6 times in 30 days, once every 5 days.

You can use this formula to calculate it based on your age, but keep in mind that it’s just a guideline. The actual frequency should be tailored to your individual physical fitness.

When it comes to sex, quality is the most important thing. There is no need to deliberately pursue some standards. As long as both parties are satisfied every time, it is perfect sex.
